A well-structured mentorship program helps to unlock this value so often hidden within the human capital talent inside the organization.
The programme is custom aligned and is run over 6 months with various stages that support the process - Selection (of Mentors and Mentees), Preparation, Rollout with check-ins and Post programme review and Feedforward.
